Refund & Return Policy
At Folk Fashion Store, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items, accessories, or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, email us at contactfolkfashion.store@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

- Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
- Accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc.)
- Customized or made-to-order items
🕐 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your
- refund is officially posted)
